Awareness Program on Organ Retrieval and Transplantation

Department of E & CM  arranged  an awareness program on ‘Organ Retrieval and Transplantation’ on 16^th March 2016. Mr. Vasanth Shenoi, Secretary, Society for Organ Retrieval and Transplantation ( SORT), Indian Medical Association, Aluva was the main speaker. Mr. Sam Davis, a III B.Sc E & CM student who lost his life due to an accident was remembered . Principal ,Dr.P. Thomas Mathew unveiled the Sam Davis Memorial ever rolling trophy instituted by the E & CM association 2015-16 for Tug of war competition ( Mens). Manager Rev Thomas John presided over the meeting. Ms. Julie Ann Joseph, Head of the Department of E & CM offered felicitations. Mr.Sachin Thomas ( III B.Sc E & CM ) remembered their dear friend.
